When Band Gig School of Music called to let us know that 11-year-old Joey would have to give up drum lessons because Nancy could no longer afford them, Rawkstars, Inc stepped in.
Nancy is a loving grandmother. She’s also the sole caretaker of 5 kids.
She adopted them after the tragic death of her son and her husband, who both passed within a few months of one other.
She drives all 5 children to and from 3 separate schools every day. She manages IEP’s, after school activities, doctor visits, laundry, meal prep, cleaning and homework. By herself.
Nancy does this on Social Security and her retirement savings after leaving her office job to care for the children full-time.

Joey is now our 16th full time music student and we couldn’t be prouder to support him, Nancy and their beautiful family.
